Alright, So Boom! Podcast: Episode 1: Sammie.

Urban One’s BOSSIP has launched a new podcast series called ‘Alright, So Boom! hosted by actress/influencer Nzinga Imani, and two long-standing Urban One Talents: Media Personality Rae Holiday (AYEEEE!), and Senior Director of Pop Culture Janee Bolden. The first season will feature celebrity guests: Sammie, Yung Joc, Alexis Sky, LightSkin Keisha, and Gloss Up to name a few. If you didn’t know, BOSSIP is a digital content property owned by iONE Digital known as the destination for Black pop culture and entertainment, and now a destination for all those celebrity stories we think we know, but really have no idea.

In the first episode of ‘Alright, So Boom,’ Sammie opens up about feeling forgotten and how his long-time friend and award-winning singer Lloyd looked out for him. Listen now (or watch above lol).

“I wanna say thank you to Lloyd. Lloyd is my brother and he asked me three times to come out during his set and perform a snippet of ‘I Like It’ and it went crazy!” Sammie explained how this experience opened doors for him to participate in the Millennium Tour, Verzuz, and helped expand his music career outside of songwriting.

New video episodes of ‘Alright So Boom!’ will drop every Tuesday on BOSSIP’s YouTube channel (or here :) and will be available to stream across all podcast and music streaming platforms including Apple and Spotify.
